Dark cherry with a bit of ripe blackberry, tight herbal garrigue, thyme, light chili pepper spice, caramelized orange peel and a bit of mint. Wonderful wealth of fruit on the palate matched by excellent acidity, depth and length. Incredibly potent and a touch closed at the moment but already coming out in terms of profile....
