Dried red cherry fruit along with lightly dried plum peel, a splash of dried wild strawberry, red peppercorn, toasted notes sticking out a touch but with some sweet spices on the backend. Very nice savory balance on the palate, gentle while still very full and succulent and leading into a lengthy finish that's ripe for developing....
