Dried boysenberry and blackberry, toasted anise seed, dried laurel leaves, very light apple blossom notes, and general red fruit bouquet. Textured and quite crisp on the palate, lively red fruit notes although runs a touch thin in the back palate but still plenty fresh and enjoyable, with the possibility to round out a bit more over the next year....
