Spiced yellow apple with a touch of vanilla and peppery spiced notes, toffee and caramel, with a light bit of hazelnut. Quite a wealth of complexity on the palate, sweet barrel notes still run a bit strong, but overall, it betrays great depth and structure with plenty of persistence....
