Cured lemon peel and rock salt mineral notes along with ginger, white pepper spice, and a light bit of toasted notes. Weighty and textured on the palate with a good kick of wild acidity into the finish. Bit unbridled and maybe not to everyone's liking but quite different and highly-flavored....
