Cured lemon with a great deal of resin notes, sea salt, dried sage, and yellow apple. Light on the palate initially but with a sweep of width to it that golds steady into the finish. Not gobs of acidity but does manage to stay quite fresh into yellow fruited the finish. Bottled with screw cap....
