Given the fine passage of time since the last report of DO Tarragona, it was time to do an update. A tasting earlier in October offered just the opportunity which you can see in the accompanying Tasting Report. It was an interesting tasting as they’ve very much put forth the promotion of Macabeu as one of their principal varieties.
