The wines in this report were tasted during June 2021. A baseline tasting of 12 wines was conducted under controlled, fully blind conditions, grouped by type, one week before the main tasting. All other wines were tasted in the same conditions, grouped by vintage. As pandemic restrictions continued to cause issues in terms of recent bottling for newer vintages of red wines, whites were tasted first, youngest to oldest and then reds from oldest to youngest to give as much bottle time as possible.
