Celler Credo, Penedès, Catalunya

There was something missing from the recent Penedès report and it was celler Credo. For those unfamiliar with it, these are the still white wines produced by famed sparkling producer, Recaredo and they showing gleamingly well excellent how insightful they are in terms of these varieties as everything, even when experimental is a rousing success with these wines.
