It’s not wine-related (although we tried something new from the Catalan Wine Fair afterwards) but if you haven’t seen castellers before, here’s a video we took in Plaça de Sant Jaume today. This group, the Minyons de Terrassa, was making the rather treacherous three by nine formation which is even more terrifying to watch in person than in the video as it feels like at any moment, this tower of people will crumble before it reaches its final height of about 14 meters (45 feet). Sometimes they do, which naturally adds to the seat-of-the-pants aspect to it.
