I had the pleasure of judging and attending the third edition of the Open Balkan Wine Vision event last fall. If you’re unfamiliar with “Open Balkan“, you’re probably not alone as it’s quite new, only coming into effect in 2021. Essentially, it’s a “mini-Schengen” designed to ease movement of people and goods in a select few European countries that aren’t in Schengen or the EU.
